Growth Habit: Creeper/Climber

Grows like a bush around the supporting pole (10 to 20 feet)

Dragon fruit is planted at a distance of 12 Feet gap between rows and at least 6-8 feet between each plant. An acre can accommodate 450-600 Poles per acre and each pole can have up to 4 plants. An acre can hold anywhere between 1800 – 2500 plants.

Fruit Type: White with black edible seeds

The fresh of dragon fruit can vary from white (with pink or yellow skin) to hot pink or deep red with tiny black seeds. Flavor is associated with the color of the flesh: whitish dragon fruit often has a mild taste while darker, redder fresh can be sweeter and juicier.

Harvesting Season: June - December

Most ideal harvesting period for dragon fruit is June−October in India. The plant start yielding after 12-15 months from the date of planting. Dragon fruits become ready for harvesting in 25-35 days after flowering.

These bunch of boys have this beautiful farm with a variety of saplings, when I say variety I don’t mean one or two but they have a whole range and they are all naturally grown and they behold the lustrous and healthy look.
